John Duff There are currently many unanswered questions regarding legal rights related to ownership and access of seaweed found in Maine's intertidal zone. To identify these legal conflicts and public policy issues facing law makers, private property owners, marine resource managers, and seaweed harvesters, this study will develop a legal framework to address these issues. 1-year Project |
