Sixth Annual Nor'Easter Bowl Winners

For winning the 2003 Nor'Easter Ocean Sciences Bowl on March 8, the team was given first choice of three prize packages. The team's choice included the following prizes:	Five $1000 Scholarships to the University of New England (1/team member); Five $1000 Scholarships to The University of Maine College of Natural Sciences, Forestry, and Agriculture An Overnight Field Trip to the Darling Marine Center Darling Marine Center Coffee Mugs and T-shirts Hats and T-shirts from the Marine Environmental Research Institute
In addition, the Biddeford Team will fly to San Diego, California to compete in the National Ocean Sciences Bowl April 25-28, 2003. The all expenses-paid trip will include airfare, food, and lodging, the opportunity to compete in the National Finals at the University of California San Diego, as well as a choice of field trips from an impressive list including sea kayaking, visiting a floating laboratory, a Behind-the-Scenes tour of Sea World, and many others.
